What are our wicks made from? They are made from all natural lead-free cotton wicks.
What is the small pool of wetness on top of my soy jar candle? It is "sweat". Soy wax has a lower melting point than paraffin wax. This causes the release of excess moisture that it can't hold. It does not affect the burn quality and usually won't show back up after the first burn. Usually it only shows up in jar candles. You can leave it or blot it out with a paper towel.
Do we charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax for items shipped in West Virginia. A 6% sales tax is charged.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually shipped in 10 buisness days or sooner, but could take up to 14-18 days if we have a heavy workload. We make every attempt to process each order in a timely fashion. Our heaviest workload is between September - January.
Where do we ship?
We currently ship only to the 48 continental United States. We ship via UPS Ground or USPS Ground using a flat rate if cheaper for our customers per order. Online orders are processed using USPS Ground. A physical address is required for delivery and will not ship to a PO Box. Tracking number is issured when package is shipped.
What happens if we are out of stock of one kind of soy candle? We will make every effort to ship it as soon as more are available from production, or you can choose a different soy candle product to fill your needs.
What if I want to return a product? We will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with your soy product and evaluate on an individual basis how that can best be accomplished for you. You have 3 days to fax, email us contact us for any damaged products from the deliver.
Do we accept credit cards? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal.
